Michael Baird

TEAM LEADER

Michael Baird is Team Leader of The Baird Group with lpt Realty. Born in Lawrence Kansas, and
a Colorado resident since 1997, he is an alumnus of Douglas County High School in Castle
Rock, Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, and the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is a
former collegiate and professional golfer, and has worked in the family real estate business off and on since high school.

Michael became a full time licensed real estate broker in 2013 and is one of the Metro area’s top-producing real estate agents having sold over 500 homes. He is a national Real Estate coach and a 7-time winner of the prestigious 5-Star Real Estate Agent Award. This award is voted on by clients and industry professionals, and is awarded to a very limited number of agents statewide.

In his spare time Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Erika and their two Shih-chon pups, golf, travel and Jayhawk basketball games.

Gary Baird

Team Lead

With over 35 years of distinguished experience in the real estate industry, Gary Baird has established himself as a versatile and respected professional. His career began in residential appraisal, where he honed his skills for 17 years as a state-certified appraiser, earning a reputation as a state expert often called upon for courtroom testimony. Gary’s expertise extends beyond appraisal into the mortgage sector, where he has successfully originated numerous loans, further broadening his understanding of the financial dimensions of real estate. Throughout his career, Gary has been a key participant in thousands of real estate transactions, bringing an unparalleled depth of knowledge to each role he undertakes.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Gary enjoys playing pickleball, a passion that mirrors his dynamic and competitive spirit. His unique blend of technical expertise, market insight, and dedication makes him an invaluable asset to clients and colleagues alike.

Pam Baird

Team Lead

Pam Baird is a senior broker, advisor, and team leader of The Baird Group with lpt Realty. She
is a Realtor who has earned the GRI designation, along with being named a 5 Star Real Estate Agent by Denver’s 5280 Magazine.

A Kansas native, she graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence. She and her husband Gary met on a skiing trip in Aspen, and their son Michael was born in Lawrence. Love of the mountains brought the family to Colorado in 1997 and she and Gary have lived in Castle Rock since that time.

When not pursuing real estate, Pam enjoys family time, live music concerts, long walks with
Rocky the GoldenDoodle, cheering for the Kansas Jayhawks in college basketball, and travel.

Operations Director

Jordyn Jensen is a proud Colorado native who brings a blend of local expertise, leadership, and passion to her role as Operations Director and Realtor for The Baird Group with LPT Realty. Her journey in client-focused service began as a Director at an exclusive country club, where she developed a genuine love for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.

In her current role, Jordyn is dedicated to supporting The Baird Group agents at every stage of their careers, offering guidance and operational support to ensure success.

Jordyn’s passion for real estate extends beyond the office, as she enjoys assisting her own clients and working on personal home renovations, as well as spending time with her husband, son, and her two Boxers, Denali and Maizie!

Drawing on a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, banking, and real estate, Braden brings a people-centered approach to growth—focusing on building relationships, empowering agents, and creating sustainable systems for success.

His diverse professional experience spans roles in recruitment coordination, banking, and real estate, giving him a unique perspective on leadership, client experience, and organizational culture. Braden’s ability to connect people with opportunity has been a consistent thread throughout his career, driving measurable growth and lasting partnerships.
